We just wrapped up the books for our 2015-16 fiscal year (Apr 1 to Mar 31). More than 95% of our funds went to medical care (89%), food/litter, cages and housing. The balance went to pesky things like insurance and bank fees. :) During this time we rescued 89 animals (54 cats; 29 rabbits; 3 rats; 2 dogs; 1 guinea pig), in addition to caring for a number of special needs animals that remained in the rescue from previous years. With a focus on “last-chance” animals, many of those who come to us need specialized surgeries, care and ongoing support. We couldn’t do it without you. Thank you!
