Mouse
Meet Mouse the rat!
Mouse came to the rescue after surviving against the odds. He didn't get a lot of socialization as a baby so his foster home is ensuring he knows how wonderful life with humans can be!

If you are looking to win him over make sure you have some blueberries or cheerios available! He enjoys shredded paper and running around outside of his cage.

Mouse wasn't given the proper nutrition before arriving to the rescue so he is working on losing a bit of weight to help keep him healthier! But since he enjoys running around it shouldn't be too long before he is looking svelte!

His foster thinks he would do best in a home with older children and someone who has experience with rats to help ensure he continues to improve his trust for humans. He doesn't seem bothered by the large breed dog in their home!

With patience, love (and some blueberries!) Mouse is sure to continue coming out of his shell and make a great little pal!

If you think you have a safe place for this sweet boy to spend the rest of his days, then apply online today!
