Penne is a sweet little girl and ready to play with anything that moves, particularly string toys!
She is still warming up to strangers - but her foster is seeing her gain confidence everyday! And they feel she is likely to become a warm cuddly family cat.
We think she would prefer a home with older children. She has been exposed to other cats and a dog in her foster home so would likely do well with another friendly furry companion!
